Everyone has their favourite fruit infused water detox formula, but some are more popular than others. While there are fruit detox formulas, there are also the veggies version as well. That includes; cucumber slices, mint, basil, cinnamon, and ginger; among the most common ones.

Studies have shown that drinking water naturally boosts your metabolism, and drinking fruit infused water help a great deal for weight loss needs and automatically increases your water intake per day.

Fruit infused water detox is great to bring along with you and sip all day as a delicious hydrating treat as you engage in other daily affairs.

Let’s examine some detox formula recipes might just want to give a try.

1. Oranges, Lemons & Limes.

Cut fruits in half and squeeze a reasonable amount of juice into warm water (not hot water please so that ). Or better still, cut  fruit into tiny bits and drop pieces into your bottle water and you are good to go.

As a general rule, we should avoid as far as possible all types of industrial drinks as a quick solution to quench taste. A good lifestyle would rather be to support regular meals with some of the above fruit infused water formulas. They will help remove fat cells from the body, increase body’s metabolism, and help control cravings, plus you get to reasonably quench your taste for water anyway.
